Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition— unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item following the return process. Once accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued in cash. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
